1. SSC : Staff selection commission
It is an organization under government of India. Its main function is to recruit staff for various post in various ministry and department in government of India. The staff selection commission has its head quarter at New delhi. In every year Staff selection commission recruit both technical and non technical staff through conducting various examination. At present it has seven regional offices at Prayagraj, Mumbai, Kolkata, Guwahati, Chennai, Bangalore and New delhi to conduct exam in all over India.
The major examination are Given below :
- Combined Graduate Level Exam(CGL exam)
- Combined higher secondary level exam (CHSL exam)
- Junior level Exam (JE exam)
- General duty exam for constables(GD exam)
- Central police Organization Exam (CPO exam)
The Staff selection commission recruit both group B and group C level staff.
2. SSC : Secondary School Certificate :
Secondary School Certificate exam is most commonly known as matriculation exam. The exam conduct by various boards including CBSC.
The secondary school certificate exam is conducted at the state level by the state boards of education and at the national level by the Central Board of Secondary Education(CBSC) or Indian Certificate of Secondary Education(ICSE). Secondary school certificate exam is conducted annually. Secondary school certificate board exam syllabus may differ for students from different education boards.
