What is ANM full form?

ANM stands for Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery. It is 2 year undergraduate Diploma course. In 2 year the course include 6 months internship. The ANM course mainly focused on developing skills in taking care of patient, general people health. The requirement of ANM in our health care organization in always high. ANM is an important part of our health organization. After Complete ANM course you can work on both privet and government hospitals. There is lots of job opportunity after ANM. You can also do higher study after ANM like GNM (Graduate Nursing Midwifery). The job responsibility is taking care of patient and assist Doctors.

Eligibility for ANM course:

• You must have to complete your 10+2 in science(Physics, Chemistry, Biology). 
• You must have 45% of mark in 10+2.
• The age limit for this course is maximum 35 years.

How to take admissions for ANM course?

There is a common entrance exam in State/National level. According to your score in entrance exam you can take admission collages. In some of the collages they conduct their own entrance exam. The collages choose the candidates in the mark basic and the entrance score. After completing this course, the candidates can register themselves as registered nurse or midwife with State Nurse Registration Council.
